**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Review material specifications and supporting documentation from suppliers ensuring they accurately reflect the product supplied
- Updating internal technical systems during new product launches
- Ensure all internal technical and development data systems are updated and communicated in a timely manner to the relevant personnel.
- Completion of site, group and customer KPI reports and internal trending
- Work to maintain a controlled library of customer requirements, supplier details and specifications
- Maintain the internal supplier approval list and ensure all specifications are reviewed at a defined frequency, but also when changes have been made in process, ingredients or suppliers
- Assisting in customer & third party audits - conducting traceability challenges
- Assisting in completion of internal audits as per the internal audit schedule
- Completion of horizon scan reviews, identifying any concerns and raising with suppliers and supporting with VACCP

**What's Required?**
- Food Safety Qualification
- Previous experience working in food manufacturing
- Experience in completing Customer reports/compiling technical data
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Team player with the ability to self-manage
- Ability to work flexibly to meet customer demands and the demands of the business
- Ability to manage timescales/deadlines
- Teamwork
