LSI Education has a network of 16 schools across seven countries, teaching primarily English as a foreign language to international students. Our English language schools are based in English-speaking countries providing our students with total language immersion.

We are looking to recruit a Groups Coordinator to manage our groups of international students who come to the UK on short study tours. The job is to be based at our English language school in Hove.

The role

We are looking for a person to assist with the day-to-day operations of the school, spcifically in regards to our Junior Groups. The job includes student facing services, maintenance of our student records and financial information, assisting the academic director with general academic administration, handling enquiries from prospective students, student orientation, organising a varied student social and cultural programme, and support with the school social media platforms.

Essential skills

Applicant should possess exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong problem-solving skills

Applicants should be proficient with spreadsheets and CRMs.

Experience

Applicants with proven success in customer facing roles preferred.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an EFL school preferred
- Strong educational background preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
