**Pay**: From £12.50 per hour (based on age, experience, and availability) + Generous Tips (Approx: £130 / month)
**Hours**: 30-45 hours per week (Flexible scheduling, including evenings & weekends)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, friendly attitude
- Learn and follow all Blend & Batch processes and standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers and team members
- Be knowledgeable about our products to confidently advise and upsell to customers
- Support store operations including opening, closing, and stock management
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including personal hygiene and equipment care
- Take initiative, work efficiently under pressure, and support your team as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for great coffee, people, and hospitality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and multitask effectively
- A proactive, flexible attitude—especially with scheduling
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is ideal (1 year preferred)
- Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
