**Communications Coordinator**

21 hours per week (flexibility required)

£16,362 including location allowance

ARU London, Farringdon or East India Quay campus

We're looking for a **vibrant**, **passionate** and **creative** individual to join the ARU London team. Is that you? As our Communications Coordinator for ARU London Students' Union, your focus will be the external **communications and social media** activity across our channels. You will also research and analyse our communication data, informing the Union's projects and strategies.
- What you will be doing_
- Manage our social media accounts to increase engagement with Union activity.
- Support Students’ Union departments to create engaging and relevant communication.
- Be a champion of the Students’ Union’s website ensuring the content is of a consistently high standard and support Students’ Union staff in getting the most from our website.
- Capture, edit and produce exciting and engaging picture/video content.
- What we’re looking for_
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop
- Experience of using HTML and CSS
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Where will you be working?_

This role will be based at either the East India Quay or Farringdon campuses.

- About Anglia Ruskin Students’ Union_

ARUSU represents approximately 25,000 students at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) across campuses in Cambridge, Chelmsford, Peterborough and London. In addition, we provide a range of services; academic and welfare advice, support to students running societies and volunteering opportunities in and around the campuses. Whilst we play an important student representative role that sometimes sees us challenge the University, we work closely with them and support areas of delivery within their strategy.

The closing date for this role is **Friday 21st October at midnight**.

Interviews will be held on **Wednesday 2nd November.**

Part-time hours: 21 per week
