**Role Summary**:
As our ideal Construction Loss Adjuster you will effectively administer a range of Construction and Engineering claims. Whether regionally-based or abroad, your incisive investigation skills will be key to:

- Acknowledging and handling new claims promptly and accurately.
- Actively promoting existing and new business ventures while capitalising on market opportunities.
- Coordinating complex complaints and compliments with grace and tact
- Excelling in achieving your targets, while ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Utilising the latest technology adeptly and efficiently.

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you will exhibit:

- Compelling written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organisational skills and exceptional customer service competence.
- ACII and /or ACILA qualification, or a strong ambition to gain such qualifications.
- In-depth experience within Engineering & Construction liability claims and /or Contractors All Risks.
