If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitions and talented Quantity Surveyor to join us in the South West Region, covering Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.

About the Role

You’ll maintain commercial information to the contract, satisfying the needs of both the customer and Morgan Sindall Construction in terms of reporting contract commercial performance, whilst contributing to achieving the appropriate commercial result throughthe provision of accurate financial reporting. Managing subcontractor supplier accounts, financially and contractually, you’ll identify, secure and deliver the business forecast in both turnover and margin, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.

About You

An experienced Surveyor, you’ll ideally be educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS.CIOB) and will hold a relevant CSCS Card. With detailed knowledge of companymanagement systems including Commercial and Financial, you’ll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 million and £20 million, with the ability to manage and effectively monitor sub-contractors with little supervision.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
