A great opportunity for an experienced Marine Broker Technician has become available due to internal promotion. The Brokers are growing and have huge expansion plans, making it a great time to join them and go on the journey.
They are looking for someone with excellent technical insurance knowledge and the associated complexities to be able to process and support the business in a technical capacity, delivering a high quality service to their clients, whilst remaining compliantwith company policy and external regulation. Part of the role will also involve mentoring and developing a junior member of staff, who has recently been promoted.
To be suitable for this position you will have a good understanding of the insurance wordings and clauses, be able to produce slips and endorsements and have experience dealing with clients. The main classes of business and are Hull, Liabilities, Cargo andP&I, so if you have experience in these areas, I would really like to hear from you.
The environment and culture is a really great one, so they are keen to find someone who will complement the team and be adaptable in a smaller broker environment.
