We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at HMP Stocken, a **category **C mens** Prison located in **Rutland**

The site currently offers Monday - Friday: core office hours

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £28,690 per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As a Wellbeing Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- working in collaboration and supporting the mental health practitioners
- Supporting anti-psychotic monitoring
- willing to work toward phlebotomy, ECG & patient observations
- link and support with social prescriber within our healthcare team
- You will be expected to support people to access care and treatment appropriately within the prison setting, working independently with lone working at times.

- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care - _desirable_
