Lead the Way in Early Childhood Education as a Pre-School Room Leader
Twinkle Toes Day Nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-School Room Leader to join our team. As the Room Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your designated room, ensuring the highest quality of care for the children under your supervision.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the highest standards of care and education for children under your supervision
- Maintain an inclusive and safe environment for all children
- Lead planning and provision of a stimulating range of age-appropriate activities
- Develop genuine bonds with key children and support colleagues to fulfill their key person responsibilities
- Lead observations and assessment of children’s learning and development
- Maintain accurate records and share them effectively with parents and colleagues
- Work in partnership with parents/carers, building and maintaining relationships that encourage trust, open communication, and involvement in nursery life
- Work flexibly as part of the larger team, assisting and supporting colleagues wherever required
- Contribute to the effective recording and resolution of any complaints or investigations
Qualifications:
- Full and Relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of nursery experience
- Enhanced DBS check & sign up to the ‘Update Service’
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
