Vickers Neal Recruitment Solutions Ltd are proud to be working with Willsons Solicitors in Nuneaton. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer.

In order to fulfil the requirements of this role the individual will have experience in and be required to:
Open files Dictation Communicate with clients/solicitors/Land Registry/Accountants/Estate Agents

(as well as any other relevant party)

Deal with exchanges Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns (SDLT)

Create and amend documentation

Assemble contract and auction packages

Make appointments and general diary management

Assist in the day to day running of the office

Deal with Freehold and Leasehold purchases and Sales

Participate in marketing activities to include attendance at networking events

Attend departmental meetings and training courses

Assist all departments with internal enquiries

It is essential for this role that you can demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism at all times and have a true understanding of the values/policies and procedures Willsons work to.

We are looking for someone who is eager to go the extra mile and shows a real passion in what they do.

Furthermore, it is essential that you are conversant with MS Office packages and have a competent typing speed, taking into account that accuracy is paramount

It is also a requirement that you have previous exposure to a conveyancing department and perhaps have an interest in developing this further.
