- £32,798 to £36,371 - Salary starting point depending on experience
- starting at 25 days leave + bank holidays

1891 Restaurant & Bar has just been refurbished and expanded, and we’re about to open the doors to an incredible new dining experience. We're all about sophistication and relaxation, a perfect blend of relaxed dining and casual cocktails.

With a fresh new look, and a brand new state of the art kitchen, 1891 now offers customer a delightful selection of dining options. Customers are spoilt for choice between the stunning 1891 Restaurant on the upper floors with unrivalled views of the coastline,and the 1891 Terrace which offers indoor and outdoor dining with picture-perfect sunset views, as well as the VIP Terrace for those special occasions.

Our offers are about to soar even higher as well, as we have the new SkyFlyer attraction joining the site this Summer.

As **Executive Chef**, you will lead, direct and oversee the operations of various kitchen; and lead and mentor the senior chef teams for the 1891 Restaurant and 1891 Terrace. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional quality of menusand food across both main Restaurants.
