Being an Early Years Educator in LTNS is all about delivering a fresh approach to the early years. Through the Froebelian approach, we improve learning outcomes for children by offering them meaningful educational experiences which are tailored to the individual needs and interests of each child. By developing the skills of our team through a Froebelian lens, we maintain an environment which is adaptive to changing the needs of both children and staff.

You will have worked in a nursery before but may be unfamiliar with the Froebelian approach. Don’t worry, we provide a comprehensive introduction to the approach, and ongoing modules throughout your time with us. Above all, you will be an excellent communicator and love working with children. You will care about their interests, listen to their individual needs through careful observation and plan in the moment. We have big green commons nearby and encourage staff to access the outdoors as often as possible for the benefit of the children and themselves.

We want you to achieve your career ambitions and will help you to do this through our dedicated training team who develop resources tailored to individual training needs, including Early Years, Froebel training, 1:1 coaching, enrolment onto our Early Years Leadership Programme, and online training modules.

**Requirements**:

- You must hold (or be close to qualifying) with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Current experience of working in a nursery environment
- Must have the right to work in the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
