Showroom Assistant

**Job Overview**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Showroom Assistant to join our Showroom in Newport. Stafford uPVC Windows pride ourselves on our bespoke, customer-focused approach throughout the entire process and we are looking for a like minded individual to join the team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answer incoming telephone calls and answer any enquiries, or direct to the relevant department.
- Greet visiting customers, answering any queries they may have and showing them around.
- Use the company CRM system to log incoming enquiries and assist in delivering excellent customer care (full training will be provided).
- Photocopying, scanning and filing as required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IT skills with a knowledge of MS Office.
- Confidence working both as a team and alone.
- Confidence using the telephone and speaking to customers in person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,230.00 per year
