We are seeking fast and detail-oriented **Picker Packers** to prepare bulk shipments for Amazon FBA warehouses. This role is all about **speed, accuracy, and efficiency**—you will be responsible for packing large quantities of products, labeling them correctly, and ensuring they meet Amazon’s strict shipping standards. No experience is required, but warehouse or packing experience is a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pack bulk shipments** accurately and efficiently according to Amazon FBA requirements.
- **Label and prep products** correctly, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
- Work quickly to **meet tight deadlines and daily packing targets**.
- Maintain **high accuracy** to avoid errors and delays in shipment.
- **Inspect items** for quality and report any defects.
- Organize and stack packed boxes efficiently for shipment.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work **quickly and accurately** in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail—**mistakes can delay shipments**.
- Comfortable with **repetitive tasks and standing for long periods**.
- Ability to **lift and move packages** (weight limits vary by role).
- No prior experience needed—**training provided**

**Preferred (But Not Required)**:

- Previous experience with **Amazon FBA fulfillment or bulk packing**.
- Familiarity with **FBA labeling and packaging guidelines**.
