Passiv, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a **Customer Support Advisor **who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

Passiv is a renewable energy technology business. With over a decade of experience developing smart solutions to decarbonise homes, Passiv has just launched a new product, the Passiv Smart Thermostat, a first-of-its-kind thermostat that makes heat pumps simple and affordable. This, along with our solar monitoring business, is at the core of the business focus.

**As the Customer Support Advisor** **your key responsibilities are**
- Help to enable a successful roll out of our new product
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service for our commercial solar customers
- Provide customer support, dealing with queries and escalating where necessary
- Provide low level technical support to help with diagnosis and resolution of cases
- Keep up to date, accurate information on our support database

**About you**
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Great communicator both written and verbally
- Methodical thinking and active problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under your own initiative and be a team player
- Proactive approach to your work
