In this role, you will work specifically with our ASC Provision Team, supporting students with complex Special Educational Needs; the team is a significant part of the school.

You will consider students’ special needs and ensure their access to lessons and lesson content through appropriate clarification, explanations, equipment and materials.

You will have:

- Experience of working with young people with Special Educational Needs.
- An understanding of effective approaches to support them.
- Confidence in and knowledge of the core school curriculum
- Patience, calmness, integrity and imagination
