The post holder will work as part of the NHSCFA National Investigation Service : In association with the Fraud Investigation Lead the post holder will contribute to the agreed plan of activity that will drive forward the units work in meeting the organisational strategic objectives To direct, task and assign investigative activity to other Fraud Investigation Officers and Financial Investigation and Intelligence Support Officers as required To support operational investigations undertaken by NHSCFA by considering the application of financial investigation methods and processes with a view to establishing how, and to what extent, persons suspected of acquisitive crime have benefited from suspected offending and securing evidence beneficial to the investigation where possible. Conduct confidential enquiries with fraud investigation teams and compliance managers within all types of financial institutions and other external organisations in furtherance of confiscation and money laundering investigations. Prepare all documents necessary and apply for all types of court orders as defined in the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
