**Hydrogen Programme Support (**Strategy Programme Support) - 12 Month FTC**

**Location - Coventry (hybrid working option)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategy Team and support the delivery of our Future of Gas Programme. The successful applicant will support the Strategy Programme Manager and the Strategy management team in the efficient administration of the projects and any required regulatory.

**What we ask of you**
- Communicate throughout the business with key stakeholders including leading t-cons, capturing minutes and facilitating workshops
- Work with our customer teams to ensure the correct measures and documents are being applied to a project to get the right outcome for our programme (and ultimately our customers)
- Manage the programme tracker(s) for projects under the differing Programme workstreams (and funding mechanisms) and escalating risks to the Strategy programme manager and Strategy Management team in a timely and professional manner
- Review departmental actions and make appropriate challenges to ensure all timescales and capacity restraints are achievable
- Administration of project documents as required
- Administer the overall FOG Programme portfolio
- Administer external document requirements
- Prioritise workload and support the team to produce results in a timely manner to meet business needs
- Trusted to deliver a quality and specific experience, always acting responsibly and communicating clearly
- Broad knowledge of Cadent’s Core Policies and Procedures that impact the way we operate
- Support the oversight, analysis and continual improvement of different processes
- Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skills
- Support building and develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Combine key knowledge with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to investigate, analyse and contextualise complex issues, identify key points to be addressed and develop effective, practical and simple plans to resolve problems

**What You’ll Bring**
- Clear understanding of project management and /or process improvement.
- Good financial awareness.
- Strong stakeholder and internal engagement.
- Able to demonstrate experience of successful contribution to significant projects.
- Project planning, management and delivery capability.
- Analytical skills, including cost and benefit assessments.
- Great verbal and written communication skills - including Microsoft core packages.
- Work collaboratively across functional / business boundaries.
- Ability to analyse data, identifying issues and root causes.
- Excellent attention to detail within communication and reporting.
- Experience of operating and maintaining processes for: regulatory compliance, governance and finance, data/document management.
- Good understanding of SAP from a finance and procurement user perspective, ability to use Teams to manage information and proficient with excel.
- Able to multitask and prioritise activities
