**Job title: Sales Ledger Administrator**
**Location: Leeds**
As a sales Ledger Administrator you will be responsible for processing cash receipts and customer accounts on an ongoing basis. You will reconcile Sales Ledger on a weekly basis and prepare weekly Sales Ledger reports.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To post cash and reconcile postings to cash book daily
- To allocate cash on a daily basis
- To maintain accurate audit and posting documents to support the transactions
- To provide documentary evidence of all transacting
- and actioned on a regular basis
- To process authorised refunds on customer accounts
- To process credit card payments on a daily basis
**Experience and Skills required**:
- Some experience in accounts or administration highly desirable
- Good communication skills
- Work within strict deadlines/targets
- Computer literate: Excel, major systems
- Problem solver
- Be able to prioritise
- Good communication skills
