**Overview**:
We are hiring for an ICT Portfolio Lead to effectively maintain and support the pipeline and in-flight projects within a customer sector to ensure our customers receive an efficient, friendly and professional service.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance, documentation, and metrics related to the practices involved in managing the Portfolio, ensuring the Portfolio Team adhere to our Cantium project standards.
- Manage and review the Project Finances across the Portfolio to ensure they remain within budget, escalating where forecasting shows budgets to be projected outside tolerance. Providing insight into milestone forecasting for the programmes projects to theExec.
- Develop strong relationships with team members, vendors, partners and customer stakeholders.
- Creating a method for monitoring the progress of a company’s Portfolios and improving efficiency. Building business cases where necessary to suport improvements where necessary.
- Creating new Programmes according to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Managing resources and ensuring timely delivery of Portfolios.
- Supervising and coordinating activities of the parties involved in the Portfolio.
- Preparing reports and updating internal and external stakeholders about the Portfolio.
- Resolving issues with management and stakeholders.
- Confirming successful delivery at the programme’s completion.
- Ensure the Projects within the Programme adhere to internal Governance Stage Gate Process.
- Maintain and provide Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies at a Portfolio level, feeding these into the portfolio RAIDs log.
- Line management responsibilities for all direct reports associated with the Portfolio, providing coaching, mentoring and support.
- Actively source resources through our partner networks and direct recruitment working with HR and the service towers.
- Understand and comply with company procedures, working practices and look to continually develop the PMO function to ensure there is alignment to industry standards.
