**Job Description**:
We are looking for kind and compassionate people to join our weekend teams across Newbury and surrounding areas to work every other weekend and help us keep our clients safe, independent and connected within their communities.
We are all facing uncertain and challenging times at the moment, but imagine if you were also elderly and isolated from your family, friends and local community.
Our mission is to help our clients continue to live their lives as fully as possible. We offer support with tasks around the home, shopping, meal preparation and tidy away, accompanying them to appointments as well as assisting them with their morning and evening routines.

£11.50 per hour** weekdays & premium rate of **£12.50 per hour** for weekends
Bank Holidays paid at £16.25 per hour.**:

- A full driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Aged 18 or over
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as thorough training is provided. What we look for are kind and compassionate people who share our vision to support others as you would your own family. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful, and enjoy building professional friendships, and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
