**Job description**

We are looking for live in cleaner/caretaker for a launderette who will benefit from rent free accommodation (2 bedrooms).

**Responsibilities include**:

- closing the launderette seven days a week
- cleaning the shop and equipment
- routine health and safety checks (training provided)
- dealing with customer queries

Other than the time of closing the shop, there are no set hours during which tasks are to be performed.
- Ability to undertake role with limited/no supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Desire for responsibility and trust
- Drive and ambition to complete tasks in a timely and effective manner

We are looking to appoint an at-home person. It will be advantageous if they offer to do Service Washing on a regular routine basis.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7 per week

**Salary**: £1,000.00-£8,000.00 per year
