They are an award-winning from D&AD Awards and Marketing Awards to industry sector awards and Pantone awards... for best brand identity, internal comms campaign, marketing campaign, brochure, typography, the list goes on, but it is still clients that mattermost to them.

**The Role and Responsibilities**:
Our client is on the hunt for a talented and forward-thinking senior creative designer.

Someone to help create pitch winning concepts and be able to articulate them clearly, create and craft brand identities, ideally bring brands to life in motion and think digitally while supporting the overall creative output in the studio. You will findtheir team is a diverse bunch brimming with talent. Firing on all cylinders with a culture that not only takes care of their people but empowers them to deliver career-defining work. All this means they need more brilliant people. People who will enthusiasticallyget stuck in with the next exciting part of their story.

They are currently using a hybrid studio/home working model and their head office is based in Guildford. So, you will be expected to be in the office for at least 2 days a week, possibly more depending on projects.

You can expect to work in a fun but fast paced (at times), creative and inspiring environment with a bunch of equally talented, ambitious creative types. You will also receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday a year, pension, company bonus and yourbirthday off as an extra days holiday.

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- You have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a creative agency,
- You are a problem solver and enjoy finding fresh, new, and innovative ways of looking at delivering creative,
- You are a creative thinker and doer,
- You can present ideas & concepts in an articulate and engaging manner,
- You have versatile creative abilities (They have a wide variety of clients and types of work,)
- You have strong graphic design and typography skills (advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite,)
- You have some aftereffects animation skills and the desire to do some motion graphics work,
- You have great attention to detail,
- You understand production and print processes,
- You are eager to learn new skills and share your knowledge with the rest of the.
