**Join Our Team as a Van Driver at Salvo's New Leicester Cross-Docking Depot**

**Location**: 148 Tithe St, Leicester LE5 4BN (Same site as Concept Patisserie)
**Positions Available**: 2 Van Drivers
**Company**: Salvo 1968 Ltd - Italian Food Wholesalers
**Working Hours**: 32 - 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Friday (Some weekend and Monday work may be required) - starting between 5am - 6:30am.

**Salary**: £12 per hour

**Annual leave**: 31 days including bank holidays rising to 33 days after 4 years of service.

As we expand, we’re opening a brand-new cross-docking depot in Leicester, where we’ll transfer goods from our main depot to your van for final delivery. We’re looking for two enthusiastic and dependable van drivers to join our growing team. **What You’ll Do**:
Deliver with Care: Safely transport Salvo’s premium products to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Stay on Top of Maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle checks (oil, water, fuel) and keep the maintenance register up-to-date. Report any issues to our technical team right away.

Load Like a Pro: Assist with loading and unloading goods, making sure everything is securely stored in your van and in the warehouse.

Keep the Paperwork Spotless: Accurately complete all delivery paperwork.

Communicate Effectively: Keep the Leicester depot updated, and address any questions or concerns promptly.

Champion Safety: Adhere to all road safety standards during multi-drop deliveries.

Represent the Brand: Be the face of Salvo when interacting with customers, delivering exceptional service every time.

Pitch In: Help out with warehouse tasks, like picking and packing orders, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Follow the Rules: Comply with all our policies on Food Safety, Quality, and Legality.
