We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Communications Executive to be part of our clients team who are a leading agency with global clients.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage all organic efforts across multiple social media channels to include content

scheduling, community management, social listening etc.
- Support paid advertising campaign set up and optimisation across multiple social media channels to include but not limited to Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok etc.
- Produce weekly and monthly channel reports and keep client team updated on KPIs and future opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new trends and make proactive recommendations for future content and campaigns.
- Support on social and web partnerships; creators and third-party partners.
- Support on the management and upload of relevant content to CMS as required.

Skills You Will Have:

- Self-motivation and a passion for social and content. Curiosity in the industry to identify relevant trends and moments.
- Ability to think creatively, identify opportunities and make quick decisions.
- High attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task within a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Basic IT skills - including but not limited to: CMS tools, Google Analytics, Social Listening tools (e.g. Meltwater), Canva and Microsoft Office Packages.
- Basic knowledge and use of paid media platforms - including but not limited to: Meta

Business Manager, Google Ads Platform, LinkedIn Ads etc.
- Excellent communication skills - you can present and provide feedback to clients, internal teams and third-party agencies.
- Adaptable with a can-do attitude. You’ll like a challenge and the opportunity to learn new things.
- A self-starter with proven organisational skills that can drive initiatives independently and work collaboratively.
- Experience of working towards strict ROI targets.
