No.4 Clifton Village - part of the Rodney Hotel, is looking for a confident and customer-focused Breakfast Supervisor to lead their breakfast operation on a part time basis (20 hours per week).

As **Breakfast Supervisor **you will need to be great with customers and able to think on your feet. This is a part time job offering 20-25 hours per week worked over 5 shifts to include weekends on rotation.

We are, ideally, looking for an immediate start, however its more important that we find the right person Please note we are looking for someone who can do this role on a more permanent basis - temporary/ summer applicants will not be considered.

**Key information for the part time Breakfast Supervisor role**:
**Hours**: part time, 20-25 hours per week (worked over 5 short morning shifts on a rota basis, to include weekend work).

**Salary**: £10.80 per hour plus bonuses

**Working hours**: approx. 6.30am - 11am on weekdays and 7.30am - 12pm on weekends

**About our ideal Breakfast Supervisor**:
We're looking for a morning person who has a smile on their face despite the early start You will, ideally, have some experience front of house in a restaurant or hotel - supervisory experience is even more of a bonus but isn't a requirement. You'll be friendly, confident and able to juggle multiple tasks (most days you would be working independently). You'll have an excellent eye for detail and will have a passion for ensuring that every guest leaves breakfast having had a positive experience This would be an ideal step up for someone who, perhaps, hasn't supervised before, but is looking for that next step in their career.

**What youll be doing as Breakfast Supervisor**:
Based at No.4 Clifton Village, within The Rodney Hotel, you will be working 5 morning shifts a week running service by yourself. The other 2 days will be worked by a part-time breakfast waiting team member. Your duties will include:

- Running breakfast shifts and setting up for conferences
- Interacting with hotel guests by welcoming, seating and taking orders
- Preparing the breakfast rota
- Maintaining all breakfast and conference stock
- Taking responsibility for revenue and cover targets for the breakfast operation

As Breakfast Supervisor you would be joining a fun, welcoming and sociable team as part of a reputable hotel restaurant and events venue in Clifton.
