Recruitment Director - Built Environment Recruitment
£100,000+ package
National role / flexible base location (WFH blend)
Outstanding national leadership opportunity, within recruitment for the built environment. You will assume day-to-day responsibly for a large, geographically dispersed operation. This role will involve developing the business, strategically and tactically.(It is therefore essential that you have a track record in recruitment, within a related specialism).
In this key position, you will work with a high degree of decision making and operational authority. You will be a credible figurehead for the business, with the gravitas to build effective relationships with external stakeholders including c-level customersand industry institutions. Internally, you will lead a large and capable management team, using a high degree of emotional intelligence, commercial acumen and first rate communication skills.
To succeed in this role you will have achieved success in your recruitment career to date. You will have a strong understanding of recruitment within construction, property and/or the wider built environment sectors.
