We are invested in our people. **Summary**: **Responsibilities**: - Resolving complex industry data mismatches and queries such as D0095s and high consuming sites. - Conduct ongoing analysis of the portfolio, identifying trends, anomalies, and potential risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve billing-related issues promptly and efficiently. - Stay updated on industry regulations, market changes, and emerging trends to proactively adapt settlement processes. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance settlement operations and efficiency. - Ensure the workstream portfolios aged profile is kept within business SLAs - Skills and experience required:* - Microsoft office programmes e.g. Intermediate or above in MS Word and MS Excel. - Attention to detail is very important, and good numerical skills. - Professional, proactive approach. - Good interpersonal skills - able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. - Commercial and compliance awareness. - Initiative driven individuals with excellent organisational skills. - People who are curious to learn complex industry rules and regulations. - Able to communicate complexities in lay terms to stakeholders with varying degrees of knowledge. **This employment package**: **Salary**: Up to £28,000 dependant on experience **Term**: Full Time and Permanent **Hours**: 40 hours per week **Location**: Leicester **Benefits**:Casual dress, company events, subsidised parking **Useful links**: **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
