Our client is a long established charity operating two nursing and residential care homes in the New Forest. They strive to offer the highest level of care and environments that their residents want to live in and their employees want to work in. Bond WilliamsAccounting and Finance are recruiting exclusively for a Finance Manager who will operate between the two homes.
Overseeing a small team and operating as part of the senior management team, as Finance Manager your responsibilities would be:

- Owning and controlling all aspects of the financial system
- Managing cash flow and producing a regular rolling forecast
- Production of monthly management accounts for each entitity and consolidating
- Working alongside the senior team to produce annual budgets
- Managing the payroll for over 120 staff
- Ensuring debtors and creditors are at an acceptable level and investigating any anomalies
- Establishing and maintaining policies and processes
- Supporting the CEO with the delivery of the 5 year business plan
- Preparing for and supporting the annual audit and working alongside the auditors to produce the annual statutory accounts
- Implementation and development of KPI's
