Due to rapid growth the business has a very rare and exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join theirsite in Middlesex. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Quality Manager or for a talented Quality Supervisor to step up.

**The role**:
As Quality Manager you will drive quality assurance, GMP and continuous improvement throughout the business. You will coordinate and maintain the activities required to ensure all food is safe, legal and meets exceptional quality standards for the businessand customers.
- Manage QAs, QCs and Hygiene
- Drive food safety and quality standards
- Ensure robust quality checks are in place across the factory
- Investigate complaints, product non-conformances and ensure that corrective actions are put in place in a timely manner
- Ensure the business is complying with product labelling regulations
- Implement product and compliance testing processes
- Support the Technical Manager with customer and supplier audits
- Carry out internal audits and annual quality audits
- Ensure compliance to BRCGS
- Determine and monitor KPIs
- At least 2 years experience Quality supervisory or management in a food manufacturing environment
- A Food Science degree is desirable.
- HACCP
- Lead Auditor or equivalent experience
- Good Knowledge of BRC
