**Job Summary**:
The Apprentice Quality Technician role is vital to ensure the Company is holding itself to the highest possible standard. Working closely with the production department, you will be involved in inspection and test activities to ensure PPC product is meeting or exceeding Customer expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
#Perform inspections on incoming goods to ensure sub-contracted components meet the required specifications and report findings accordingly.
- ##Perform End of Line inspections for new product and continual quality checks throughout production runs when required.
- ##Support other departments with cross-functional problem-solving activities.
- ##Support root cause analysis and corrective action plan activities (8D investigations)##Implement, develop, and support continuous improvement projects
**Required Skills and Experience**
You will gain a formal Apprenticeship studying levels 2+3 (NVQ) and level 3 (BTEC) in Engineering. Successful completion of level 3 BTEC can lead to the level 4 qualification (HNC).
