**Corporate Finance Executive**

Leading independent Corporate Finance practice requires forward thinking Corporate Finance Executive to join its close-knit, high-achieving and award-winning North East team.
- Working closely with highly experienced individuals who are delivering superb improvement and results in a variety of industries, you will have the opportunity to assist, progress and develop in a variety of aspects of leading in and providing adviceon corporate transactions, with key _Corporate Finance Executive _responsibilities including:_
- Raising finance, business sales, business acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers, disposals and listings on the buy and sell sides
- Financial due diligence and pre-lending reviews
- Forecasting, planning and modelling
- Assessing risk
- Producing information memoranda, prospectuses and reports
- Providing transaction support
- Sourcing debt and equity funding structures
- Liaising and negotiating with and on behalf of clients and stakeholders such as law firms, accountants and regulatory bodies for the best outcomes
- Contributing to business development and deal origination
- As _Corporate Finance Executive y_ou will need:_
- Solid, quality-focussed experience gained in a Corporate Finance Executive, Audit Associate or Audit Senior Executive type role, most likely gained with a reputable accountancy practice
- An appetite for progression
- Recent ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Proven project management skills
- Spreadsheet/modelling experience
- Exceptional communication skills, including report writing
- The ability to work effectively as a part of a small team
- An aptitude for and desire to be actively involved with business development
- Rewards:_
- Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus (to c.3k) + benefits
- To secure maximum specified pay/rewards, you must possess _all _outlined experience, skills and knowledge
