**Experience**:
The applicant must come from a good educational and technical background and must be conversant with the ACOP L8 and HSG274 parts 1-3 guidelines

**Required**
- City & Guilds or equivalent Legionella awareness Certification (ACOP L8, HSG274 Part 2)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Legionella Risk Assessments across the midlands and South East
- TMV servicing and part replacement
- Water sample collection
- Water tank inspection
- Producing accurate reports and maintaining paperwork
- writing up assessments and producing schematic drawings
- Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be proficient in using IT packages (training will be provided on our inhouse system)
- Administrative duties which will include the use of a tablet and paperwork to log your work
The successful applicant will be flexible as this position involves some overnight stays.

You must be prepared to travel and stay away from home when required. Approximatley 1 night per week

Must pass a DBS enhanced clearance

Must be fully vaccinated

Must hold a Full Driving Licence
