**Fleet Operations Specialist**

As Fleet Operations Specialist [SMD2] you;
- secure our trailer fleet is up and running 24/7
- are responsible for the operational part of the trailer flow including new trailer registration, trailer rental services and trailer redelivery
- provide a best-in-class services to our DSV customers and you match trailer requests and demands
- clarify customer needs and resolve everyday challenges
- registrate MOTs and maintenance requests in our Fleet Management System
- update contacts of our trailer rental service
- collaborate effortlessly with our DSV workshops and technical team to enhance business efforts

- have professional experience in the transport industry.
- have a sound customer-oriented approach; you communicate directly, honestly, and respectfully
- work systematic and structured towards daily tasks
- value results and you pay attention to every detail
- communicate fluently, written and verbally, in English

**DSV Equipment**

You’ll be part of the global success of DSV, number 3 freight forwarding company in the world. DSV Equipment is an internal rental company that supplies equipment including trailers, forklifts and containers to other DSV department across Europe. In our 5 DSV workshops we repair a maintain our DSV trailers. The head office is established in Belgium and has decentralized equipment centers around Western Europe.
