Catering Assistant/barista

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality catering services for events and functions. The role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Fully Barista trained.
**Duties**:
- Assist in food preparation and presentation for events
- Set up catering equipment and serving areas
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
- Help with packing up after events and cleaning up the catering area
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines
- Support the Catering Manager in various tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth running of events
- Basic maths skills for portion control and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in food preparation or catering is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £10,560.00-£21,767.73 per year
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
