Summary of Role:
This role is split between Administration, Account Management, Sales & Customer Service, and requires someone with experience with dealing with customers primarily over the telephone.
Rapture is an innovative Hair Extension system that is currently supplied to more than 500 salons throughout the UK.
Part of the role is taking incoming orders from these salons, inputting the orders onto the company systems, picking, packing & dispatching the orders, dealing & recording customer complaints and a high degree of accuracy is required in this role. A large part of this role is answering customer queries. You will also be assigned a list of existing accounts to manage, update and assist with their development & account growth. You will also be responsible for looking after the returned stock and inputting this into the system. Full training on the processes and procedures will be given. Part of this role is focused on proactively contacting accounts that have lapsed to re-engage these, as well as outbound cold calling to potential new accounts, upselling the brand and obtaining commitment/ booking training days for the new accounts.
After successful training, you could be asked to visit salons to meet, demo and introduce Rapture
Key Skills:
- Excellent administration skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Confidence on the phones, with a good phone manner.
- Hairdressing skills would be an advantage, but not essential.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Taking incoming orders, logging onto the system, taking payments, picking and dispatching each order.
- Taking incoming customer enquiry calls regarding the Hair Extensions service, possible enquires on opening a new account, or questions and complaints from existing salons.
- Upselling products.
- 5 - 20 Outbound calls per day; a mixture of account management and cold calling.
- Internet research to build a database of potential new salons, using industry information.
- Logging, analysing and writing up reports on the returned stock.
- Analysing returns data.
- Filing and logging orders each day.
- Booking of training courses and all associated administration duties; confirmation letters, deposits taken, room set
- up and balance payments.
- Monthly stock check and restocking of shelves.
- Any other duties assigned.

Someone who has had an experience of working with customers over the telephone and working as part of a team in an office environment. A self
- starter who is looking for a challenge and is eager to increase the performance of the business, with a positive outlook and confident manner.
Terms and Conditions:
- 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- 21 days holiday plus public and bank holidays.
- Salary £21.5k per annum, plus commission on incoming business sales which is uncapped.
- Annual Christmas bonus scheme based on attendance and sick record (after the probation period).
