Graphic Design

Moshulu are looking for a Graphic Design & Visual Content Manager to join their existing marketing team. Working alongside the Head of Marketing to create and bring to life marketing strategies to grow this well-established footwear brand.

As the lead creative you will have exceptional, commercial Graphic Design skills and the ability to take ownership of every visual aspect of our brand which is heavily tailored towards a female 50+ market. Working with both traditional marketing content(e.g. catalogues), practical design (e.g. packaging and visual merchandising) and digital assets (e.g. website design and social videos), you will take responsibility for every asset that leaves the studio.

The Graphic Design & Visual Content Manager will take ownership of all photoshoots, managing the talent, samples and creative themes, alongside the wider team; ensuring we capture the very best photography and videography of our products.

Must-have skills
- Fully versed in Adobe software
- Understanding of designing for print
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Organisational skills
- Commercial outlook
- Ability to work hands-on, quickly producing assets as needed

Key attributes
- Highly creative and commercial
- Degree in graphic design or similar
- Experience leading a graphics team or working at a senior level for 3+ years
- Warm and friendly personality
- The desire to drive our vision forwards

Salary £30k (negotiable) dependent on experience | 40 hours
