**Are you a experienced Executive Assistant? Do you have experience of working with broad members? Do you have strong communication?**

**Purpose**:
To provide support to four Directors of NCP. Exceptional communication skills are required (both written and verbal) together with strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, along with prioritisation.

The role also requires attendance at, and documentation of, senior level executive meetings.

**What You'll be doing as an Executive Assistant**:

- Act as a first point of contact for the Directors, where appropriate. Complete diary and inbox management for Directors - reviewing correspondence received, responding and actioning, accordingly, ensuring matters are given the appropriate attention.
- Liaise with the other Executive Assistants in relation to colleague schedules.
- Committee and meeting schedule planning; manage and ensure a full suite of meetings are diarised in alignment with our internal approval requirements, including minute taking, agenda creation, document production and distribution, printing of documentation, filing of documentation and ensuring there is management of document/minute storage (hard and electronic copies).
- Preparation of reports based on reports from external advisors.
- Domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings.
- Liaise with other Directors at Executive Committee level and offer wider support, where appropriate.
- Liaise with key clients on the Directors behalf.
- Greeting guests in the office environment.
- Ad hoc meeting/project involvement as the relevant Director sees appropriate.
- Liaise with various departments to create the KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Completion of expenses for both Directors.
- Managing our NCP Community initiative.

**Skills, abilities & competencies**:

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability work with both Directors whilst being able to adjust to constantly changing work priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality of information, written or spoken with regards to all Director matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate with a wide range of people in diverse environments.
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Being the face of our directors, ensuring you live the NCP Values and represent these across the business.
- Professional and confident communicator; face to face, over the phone and in writing.

**The ability to**:

- Build knowledge of NCP quickly and effectively;
- Maintain high accuracy and work quality standards;
- Work flexibly as an individual and have a positive “can do” attitude;
- Always represent NCP in a professional manner and
- Act as a point of contact for other EA roles within NCP and lead those where appropriate.

**Experience**:
- 4+ years’ experience, working within a fast-paced environment such as retail, is essential.
- Exceptional IT Skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Legal experience preferable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00 per year
