**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated waiting and Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, including taking orders and making recommendations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred and passion for hospitality is key.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary basics is advantageous.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- A team player who can work well under pressure.
