You will be following up web enquiries from small to medium size business owners (for example hair salons, religious groups, charities, shops, cafes, picture framers) to qualify if a better deal can be made for their business essentials. - Calling customers who have made a real-time web enquiry - Confirm customers details and qualify if we are able to help - Passing over qualified customers to the appropriate sales agents within Bionic - Keep records of calls and note useful information on our Salesforce platform. - Providing excellent customer service throughout What it's like to work at Bionic as a Trainee Sales Consultant: - "Family work environment: Constant feedback, lots of support and lots of training when needed."_ - "Vibrant and exciting. Lots of team efforts even though it’s a sales based job."_ **Requirements**: This is an early careers position from which you will be trained and developed to become an Advisor, Consultant, Expert and Specialist over the course of a year.
