- OTE £25,000 - £30,000 pa consisting of a good basic salary plus commission
- Full training and funding for lettings professional qualifications ARLA/Propertymark
- In addition there is a good car allowance and company benefits - You must have a UK driving licence and will need your own car for property visits
- Please note you will be required to work some Saturdays
- This lettings and estate agency is looking for someone who is keen to learn and be part of a busy and professional property team

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full lettings process

Initially, you will be involved in:

- Sourcing and marketing of potential properties to let
- Registering client details and requirements
- Conducting property viewings

After training as a Lettings Negotiator you will:

- Become involved in negotiating offers
- Follow the whole lettings process through to ensure properties are let in line with the latest legislation
- Enjoy the satisfaction of happy clients alongside the significant financial reward potential of this role
- Possess excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
- Have an interest in property and be keen to provide the best possible customer experience that their team pride themselves on
- Hold a UK driving licence and have your own car
- Be accurate, numerate and have good attention to detail
- Ideally have good local knowledge of Kingston upon Thames or the surrounding areas
