Pertemps Loughborough are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The team are a friendly bunch and besides the fact you’ll be keeping great company, you’ll also be provided with structured training and leading technology that you will need to do your job.
The branch is well established in the Loughborough area located in Carillon Court, and there are plenty of opportunities to progress if that is your ambition.

**Your role**:
This is a ‘hands on’ recruitment role which includes:

- Understanding your clients’ job vacancy requirements- Writing and advertising job vacanciesNetworking with clients to establish/grow relationshipsThis job will challenge you. Recruitment can be tough; no two days will be the same. If you embrace the challenge this is truly a great opportunity to get valuable experience in a recruitment environment and build a successful and thriving future for yourself.

**Ideally you would have a full driving licence as you would be going out on client visits.**
