Who we are looking for
A positive, confident and enthusiastic Brazilian Portuguese Customer Service Advisor who will have the desire to help, guide and assist our customers with their account queries and complaints.
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for you to use your vital language skills in our successful department as part of our highly talented night shift team.
Even if you do not have sport or betting knowledge our impressive and comprehensive training plan has the capability to progress and support you as an individual. Your initial training will be completed on a day shift rota between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00, working any five days from seven. After this initial training, you will join your colleagues on the night shift where your development will continue.
This position is offered on a full time basis working Monday to Sunday, 7 nights on followed by a well-earned 7 nights off There are two typical night shifts, one starting at 18:00 and finishing at 05:30, the other starting at 16:30 and finishing at 04:00. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.
Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Preferred skills and experience- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.- Good people skills.- Fluent/Native verbal and written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to translate between English and Brazilian Portuguese.- Ability to multitask, with attention to detail.- Self-motivation and solution orientation.- Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills.- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not essential.- Main Responsibilities- Communicating effectively with our customers in Brazilian Portuguese language.- Liaising with English-speaking internal departments in order to resolve our customers’ queries.- Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.-
