We are excited to be recruiting for a new role within our Planned Maintenance Business based in Bristol**. **We seek an** Electricians Mate **to join our high achieving direct trade workforce.

**The Electricians Mate role**:

- Assisting a qualified Electrician with Electrical installations, partial rewires and chasing cables as part of refurbishment works for kitchens & bathrooms
- Representing Ian Williams in a professional and friendly manner when talking to customers (residents) and internal stakeholders
- You will ensure yours; the team and the customer's Health and Safety is at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and the relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

**What will you bring as an Electricians Mate?**
- Previous experience working as an Electricians Mate/Improver in a maintenance or similar trade-based environment is essential
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 1 or 2 as an Electrician would be very advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of public and residential environments, with a flexible, positive, and can-do attitude
- The ability to use initiative and problem solve whilst also recognising the importance of communicating and working effectively with others.
