Our client’s double fronted premises on Epsom High Street affords clients stunning displays and an unparalleled office locationto attract the best audience of buyers/tenants, and display properties to their maximum potential.

If you are a driven, highly motivated individual seeking a new challenge within a reputable company, then this could be the perfect role for you. It will provide the ideal environment for you to demonstrate your ability in residential estate agency, andwhilst local knowledge would be beneficial it is by no means essential.

Is this you?
- A solid estate agency background within residential lettings
- Experience within a lettings management role
- Natural leadership skills
- A positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- High standards of service and professionalism
- Full UK driving licence.

You will be provided with an attractive basic salary of £30,000, along with realistic on target earnings in the region of £60,000 to £70,000, plus an annual bonus A car allowance will be provided.
