**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Role**:Concierge

**Basis**: Permanent, full time. 37.5 hours per week over 5 days on a shift pattern (8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm) Working every other weekend is required.

**Based from: Hook Heath, Woking**

**Salary: £23,303**

We are excited to be recruiting for a Concierge to join our warm and friendly team near Hook Heath, Woking. Woodbank Apartment's are located within the leafy suburbs of Hook Heath Surrey and is an easy commute from local towns, offering free parking. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a team whist really making a difference to our neighbour's lives.

**Job Overview**:
Birchgrove Woodbank Apartments are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly team at our luxury retirement development in Woking.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Support our neighbours in the day-to-day activities.
- Assist with activities and events.
- Answer telephone enquiries internally and externally and ensure that queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide support to neighbours, their guests and visitors.
- Deliver food and beverage service at a high standard in the restaurant.
- Hot drinks and bar drinks served as required throughout the day.
- Cleaning of communal areas.
- Greeting visitors at reception

**The ideal applicant should be**:

- Warm and friendly
- Passionate about enhancing the lives of our neighbours and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with commitment to provide an excellent customer service.
- Experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
- Great communication skills
- Excellent team player.
- Basic DBS check will be required.
