**What you’ll be doing**
Working as part of the front-line customer service team, you will work with our customers and suppliers delivering great service every time and will keep our customers informed throughout their logistics journey with us. By providing quality service and timely communications, you will deliver happiness, every time
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Importantly, you’ll love talking to people, you live to deliver customer happiness
- A strong desire to consistently deliver amazing customer satisfaction, going the extra mile for you is just who you are
- Clear, concise, and polite telephone manner with exceptional listening skills, you like to understand and be understood no cross wiring for you
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, you know that a well-planned day makes everyone happy
- Great attention to detail, check, check and re check you’re fastidious about making sure our data is absolutely right
- You easily handle working under pressure, but you do know when to shout for support
- Excellent team working skills, you’ll bring a sense of humour, fun and of course the serious side of supporting colleagues, and being supported to create a ‘One Team’ culture
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
