**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs. You'll engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and guide them through process. Your goal will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide detailed information about products.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm and a passion for helping customers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
