**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their visit. Your ability to create a positive atmosphere will be key in enhancing the overall experience for our patrons.

**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Assist in training new staff members as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage.
