**Salary**:£22-24k + uncapped commission (£40k 1st year OTE, £50-60k 2nd year, £70k+ 3rd year)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with them you will cover a niche market and as such they will give you the best training in the industry to enable you to be as effective a recruiter as possible. With an uncapped commission structure and no threshold,the earning potential is literally in your own hands and their incentives are some of the best there are to be had

**What are the requirements for the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant?**

*Must be able to sell

*6- months industry experience in a sales environment

*Previous Recruitment Experience of up to 12 months would be preferable but is not essential

*Energetic and personable character with ability to build rapport over the phone

*Ambitious with a competitive nature and entrepreneurial flair

*Track record of success in sales, academics, sports or extracurricular activities

*Must be resilient and have strong examples of resilience
